Return & Exchange Policy
At IVY, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and easy return process.
Returns
• Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them, with all original tags and packaging. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a return.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at @ivyexclusivebags within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a return shipping address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you wish to swap your product for a different color or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as for returns, specifying that you’d prefer an exchange. Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refunds
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is returned past the 14-day return window.
Late or Missing Refunds
